Springbok lock RG Snyman has joined the Monster Energy family as an official rugby ambassador.
Known across world rugby as “The Viking”, Snyman has become one of the most recognisable and physically imposing figures in the green and gold jersey. Standing over 2m tall, the towering lock brings a rare combination of size, skill, athleticism and presence to the Bok pack.
Snyman made his Test debut for South Africa in 2018 and earned his 50th Test cap in 2025, cementing his place as a key figure in the Springbok squad. He was also part of South Africa’s historic Rugby World Cup-winning squads in 2019 and 2023, helping the Springboks become back-to-back world champions.
With his unmistakable look, relentless physicality and fearless playing style, Snyman embodies the Monster Energy attitude bold, uncompromising and built for the biggest stages.
