Ahead of Sunday’s premiere of Two Sides, the three-part series documenting the 2021 British & Irish Lions tour to South Africa, Steven Kitshoff explains how the Springboks went about training during their hotel-room isolation period before the start of the series.
Kitshoff almost missed the SA A game against the Lions after he returned a positive test – later confirmed to be a false-positive and had to drive to Cape Town from Johannesburg to be there in time for the game.
The first episode of the highly-anticipated series will be broadcast on Sunday 15 May (M-Net, 6pm; SuperSport Rugby, 7pm).
